Robert Merrill
An experienced entrepreneur and former chief executive who founded and operated approximately 15 companies with a combined workforce of about 3,000 employees. His operating background spans labor-intensive and asset-based businesses — logging, sawmill operations, commercial fishing, and heavy equipment — bringing practical experience in company formation, workforce leadership, operations, capital allocation, and execution. For Project Resonance, he provides the founding vision, business direction, investor outreach, and coordination of the engineering and commercialization program.

Engineering Advisor · To Be Appointed
Senior engineer with expertise in electromagnetics, coil design, power electronics, thermal management, electrical safety, systems integration, and design for manufacturability. Will challenge technical assumptions and oversee independent engineering diligence.
Scientific Advisor · To Be Appointed
Independent scientist or physician-researcher with expertise in biophysics, study design, clinical relevance, and statistics. Will help define testable hypotheses, evidence standards, research partnerships, and responsible interpretation of results.
Regulatory & Quality Advisor · To Be Appointed
Medical-device regulatory and quality professional experienced in product classification, intended-use analysis, risk management, claims review, electrical-safety testing, quality systems, and FDA strategy. Will guide the wellness-to-research pathway.
Manufacturing & Commercial Advisor · To Be Appointed
Executive with experience moving complex electromechanical products from prototype through supplier qualification, pilot production, field service, and distribution. Will support cost modeling, partner selection, customer discovery, and scalable launch planning.
